    Hey Mohan,

    Is this showing when the user views the request from the requests list page in Guide? You'll most likely need to adjust your CSS in your Guide theme if this is the case.

    Hi Brett,

     

    Yes this is when the user responds to an email he received from us.

    The user sees this on the requests list page in Guide.

     

    Could you please advise me which css page needs this customization and which part of the code?

    Hey Mohan,

    My knowledge with custom code is rather limited but we do have some documentation that I would recommend taking a look at:

    Help Center CSS cookbook (Guide Professional and Enterprise)

    You'll want to edit the style.css page and if you're using the standard Copenhagen theme there's a section specifically for comments.

    I hope this points you in the right direction!
