cc on ticket

When we go to cc a user on a ticket, it does not make sense for users WITHOUT email address to appear as options for selection...since they can't receive email.
Can these users be suppressed from being candidates for selection (it clutters things up and provides users with invalid selection options.)

This is a great feedback, thanks for the suggestion.
Unfortunately, the user search does not take into consideration the fact that a user might not have an email address, so the user can pop up on search results, regardless.
I encourage you to post this feedback in the Community feedback section, so that our product managers can evaluate the feedback for future updates.
