When having multiple chats at once it would be beneficial to be able to view multiple chats at once and be able to reply to them without switching screens and loosing the other chat window.
- What is the problem?Inability to open multiple chat windows
- Why is it a problem? Makes it easier to loose track of other customers
- How do you solve the problem today? by manually switching chats
- How would you ideally solve the problem? Being able to Stack the chat boxes next to one another or allowing a popup window for each chat to be generated.
- How big is the problem (business impact, frequency of impact, who is impacted): This occurs anytime there is more then one active chat for all agents.
