We launched the Slack integration via Side conversations today but might have to revert because of formatting issues.
Our use case is Tier 1 agents are working with a back office operations team. The message contains a long URL that is specific to the customer issue they need help with. When the Tier 1 agent creates the Slack message they copy and paste a URL like this:
In Slack the url is formatted horribly making it unusable. It looks like this:
This is adding significant confusion and time to what I had hoped would be a big efficient win. I have tried all the different format options and there isn't a quick fix.
Has anyone found a solution?
