    Hi 병훈 오 ,

For your question 1, I think you'd have to add some custom Javascript to the script.js file.  Unfortunately there is no access to the HTML for these fields in the .hbs template file.  For an example of how to move the code, you could use the tip in this community article - https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/218035948-Help-Center-JavaScript-cookbook-Guide-Professional-and-Enterprise-#topic_qbk_h54_4v

For question 2, you could also use custom Javascript in the script.js file to add some helper text into the form, such as the jQuery insertAfter() or append() methods.  I'm not sure if this is what the user in your second screenshot did, but if you could share a URL to view the page, it may be possible to identify a better solution.

For question 3, you should be able to change the style of the element in the style.css file directly.  You'd need to identify the element and could apply a border in the style page.

I hope this helps.  Hopefully you're comfortable making some CSS and light JS modifications.  Do let me know if you have any other questions.

    Hi 병훈 오 ,

I see that the other company is applying a simple css border to the checkbox text.  If you are not familiar with applying CSS borders, I'd recommend this page - https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_border.asp

As for the email field, you can find the ID by going to the new request page and using your browsers Inspect Element tool.  Each browser is different, so I'd suggest this article to read how to use each one.

My apologies for not having materials in Korean.
