I am new to explore and earlier this month I created some basic reports - talk, chat, tickets. I am using Time filters, but the numbers generated don't match the numbers I am expecting.
The ticket numbers for the same period compared with zen desk display do not match.
In particular the Calls Numbers are much higher ( approx' twice what I would expect) than I know to be the case (e.g. compared with SIPS trunk manager numbers incoming).
Hoping for some guidance.
