Agents should get some kind of error when attempting to add a blacklisted email address or domain to the CC/followers box - right now, it just fails silently when attempting to update the ticket, but you can see after saving that the newly-added CC isn't added to the list, and no events are added to the ticket if that is the only change being made.
It would be a better UX for agents if an error "tooltip" appeared right around the CC field when typing 'Enter'/'Return' to add a CC, or maybe even something similar to how "suspended" shows up after typing a suspended user's name (which of course can't be selected, since it is suspended). See mockup below:
If that is not possible/preferable, one of the standard error boxes in the upper right corner would make sense after clicking "Submit as…"
However, this would only be marginally better than the current silent failure.
If the notification/error were modal and required clicking a Close button, as in the mockup above, it would be slightly better, but still not as good as an in-the-moment error when actively typing in a blacklisted address.
Hopefully something like this can be implemented without too much trouble. It would definitely improve the user experience for Admins and Agents.
