I have a few instruction sheets that I have used over time that I often send as a response on a ticket. They are multi-step articles that include Images and Rich Text. I have went thru the process of setting them up as Guide articles but after trying many things it seems we cannot have Zendesk insert the content of that article easily into a ticket. It will generate a link to the article and you can copy and paste but it will lose all the formatting and numbering. We would really love the ability to easily search and insert the content of an article into a ticket
