We use the chat on our website to provide support to our customers. We are using the "Knowledge base search" application so that the agents can easily find the links to the tutorials published on our Guide.
However, our Guide is multi-language: the main language is Spanish and we have English as a secondary language.
The problem we are facing is that the knowledge base search app does not have the ability to search in multiple languages, which means that it can only be used to search for articles published on our help center's default language (Spanish).
This is disappointing for us as we have agents that attend both chats in Spanish and English at the same time, and while they can use the knowledge base search for chats in Spanish, it is not practical that they can not use it for chats in English, as this requires them to search directly on the our Guide in order to search for the appropriate article.
Is anyone else in need of this development?
