Call Queue Alert
Hello all,
Has anyone come up with a way to trigger an "alert" when calls is holding in a queue.
As an agent not assigned to a Group, I want to receive an alert that a call is holding so I can jump in the group and assist with the calls.

I haven't found a way to trigger anything off a call in the queue.
I'd recommend setting up queues that route to the next group available. More details here.
