Mind telling everyone a little bit about yourself and what you do here at Zendesk?
I’ve been at Zendesk for just over a year now. I started in Tier 1 Advocacy and recently transitioned over to our Emerging Business team, focusing on Explore.
For some of our newer users, what would you recommend to those just starting with Zendesk?
Take the time to learn about all of the features! Even if you think you just need this or that, there is so much you can do with Zendesk, and you want to take advantage of it all!
When you are not crushing it here at Zendesk, what do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I spend a lot of time hanging out with my three dogs at home and exercising them. I also love cooking!
With Explore reports or handling Insights migration, what is some advice you’d share with our members?
It’s scary at first, for sure, but our team has put together a ton of great resources to help you through this migration process. What helped me was pushing every button in Explore to familiarise myself with the platform.
How things been during the transition to work from home, and what have you done so far to adapt?
Did I mention I have three dogs? They make it hard sometimes because they want to play fetch all day every day. I always work better at a desk, so I’ve set up a little workspace at home to get me in that mindset, similar to sitting at my desk in the office.
