    Hi Tom chrisomeris,

    I'm very sorry to hear that your chat is constantly online. Can you confirm that all agents are offline from chat in both browser and from the mobile app? Even if there's only one agent signed in and their status is set to "Away" the widget will continue to show available. The away feature still enables you to accept and serve chats, and it keeps your widget online.

    Hi Erika

    I have checked on both my computers and my mobile app and they are all signed out. Is there away to double check? Or maybe Zendesk can do it for me.
