About Zendesk Chat
BeantwortetWe are using Zendesk Support (Team plan), and we would like to add a live chat service to our web site.
If we subscribe "Team" plan of Zendesk chat, Is it possible to see the messages on the support panel (Zendesk support) when someone send us a live chat message?
Will system create a ticket automatically if there is a message that we didn't reply immediately?
Also, is the live chat bot supports multi-language depends on different area users?

Welcome to the Community! So it seems we have three questions here so I'll do my best to address each one.
- If you're using agent workspaces with the suite, yes, otherwise, there’s the chat app, but it can be a little tricky to navigate.
- If you set up “create tickets” for chats that come in when you’re offline, then yes.
- Yes! But you would have to implement this on your own via the API.
