In Support we have Schedules, pretty clear and easy to use, allowing for holidays to be added.
The same should apply for Chat schedule, that is we need to be able to set holidays there as well without manually change the schedule each time.
As well, special opening hours should be allowed to be added to Holidays.
- We have two schedules, Support schedule and Chat schedule
- Support is open weekdays from 9 - 18, Chat is open all days from 9 - 22
- On holidays, Support is closed but Chat is open, but only from 12 - 22
