I am not certain this is the best place to post this. We have been reviewing the Zendesk widget, specifically with the Answerbot integration. We see some opportunities to make a11y improvements.

We've identified a couple of opportunities. The biggest is that the bot’s responses aren’t self-voicing — normally just adding aria-live and aria-relevant to the chat window. So a blind user enters a search term and hears nothing, then needs to know to press shift+tab to read new entries, or navigate backward in the non-interactive method.
