On average we receive about 20 conversations a day and only 1 can be useful. We would like to be able to track only useful conversations in our Google Analytics (GA) account. Useful or not useful conversation can be marked by an agent.
For example, it can be done by an agent by sending a custom piece of code at the end of the useful conversation that would trigger a certain Google Analytics Event.
