I was trying to implement a feature with a chatbot on Zendesk chat where we would determine what to do with the visitor based on his queue position. However I was informed at the moment there is no API or subscription to see the position of a visitor in back end with Zendesk chat.

I think this would be a good addition and be helpful in many usecases for chat support
