I am trying to figure out how to write this alert in the best way possible in Zendesk.
I would like a specific agent user or group to get an email alert regarding a ticket when the Assignee field is Null and we are approaching the end of business day.
I understand that they would get an email alert per ticket that meets this criteria, but I am struggling to figure out how to write the conditions.
For example, if end of business day is 5:30 - how can I start to get alerts on tickets at 3 PM or so when the assignee field is null on any tickets. I do have the business schedule setup for the project that indicates business hours as 830 - 530.
