    Hello Ian Morgan

Can you provide a bit more detail on what section you are referring to? Are you talking about the "Interactions" section under the User tab within a Ticket? Or are you looking at the Events view within a Ticket? Or is there somewhere else?

    Let me know!

Also as a quick follow up, regardless of where you're looking, that Article ID and Locale are all the info you need! Simply go to your help center and put the locale and article ID on the url and you'll be taken straight to the article.

To use your example above: [yoursubodomain].zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/360045743492

    I hope that helps!

    Thank you Elissa

It was the interactions I was referring to. I thought I had seen in a previous note that these should populate with the title of the article. Thank you for the workaround. I just checked your example and in my case it is actually [yoursubodomain].zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360045743492. It requires the /articles/ to find the actual article.

    Thank you

    Ian

    Hello again Ian Morgan

Thank you for catching that! Yes sorry for the mistake, you are right, it needs the /articles/ in there as well.

I hope that all helps you get what you need! Feel free to come back to the community if other questions arise!
