Please make it possible for chat agents to manually go online beyond operating hours.

I've seen this feature being suggested many times, but over the years the mechanic remains unchanged. It makes that agents cannot manually change their status to online and temporarily override default operating hours. YET, agents can go invisible during operating hours.
