Route Calls from certain orgs to certain agents.
If you are able to build assignment triggers with conditional logic that sounds like this "if a ticket is received from someone in X organization, then assign X agent." Then you should be able to design Talk triggers like that as well: "If a call is received from someone in X organization, then forward the call to X agent." We have certain agents who service only a portion of our operators, they are the designated HR agent for that operator pod/organization so we want certain agents to only take care of calls from their operators/organization.
