Is There Any Automated/One-Click Data Collection Feature, Over The Live Chat Platform, For Backend Analysis.
Is it me or is it that zendesk doesn't have the ability to allow administrator/agents to collect and sort out data on the spot, over on our live chat platform?
The ability to collect and categorize our customers' data on the live chat window is critical to our business, especially to understand how to make an improvement to our products and service.
Can someone advise on this, or develop some automation program that supports data collection for business?

Also, kindly clarify what you mean by "on the spot" — What would this experience look like for you?
