I need to send a secure and authenticated request from the HelpCenter (client-side) to the company's backend. However, even though the user is authenticated in the HelpCenter, I cannot verify the user's identity at our backend. That means I can only send non-authenticated requests from the HelpCenter to our backend which would be a security breach for the endpoint I'm building.
Is there a way to authenticate the HelpCenter users at our backend?
I've checked https://develop.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001075248-Building-a-dedicated-JWT-endpoint-for-the-Support-SDK#jwt but it only works for Mobile Apps environment.
A possible way to go would be if a set up a JWT SSO, this way I would have full control of the authentication. Tough, I'd like to avoid that because we have multi-brand and it would set SSO for all brands.
