Play Queue Messages more than once
BeantwortetFor future updates it would be great if we could play the queue messages that prompt for voicemail or callback every 2-5 min that a caller spends waiting for an agent. Other calling systems that we have used have this functionality and it was useful when we used them.

Thanks for reaching out!
For solving the use case you can upload "Wait Greeting" which plays when the caller is waiting in the queue and repeats continuously till the caller is in the queue. It can be recorded to say " press 1 for voicemail" or whatever configuration you have in place.
Here is the link to managing outgoing greetings and here is the format of the greeting that needs to be uploaded.
