    Hello Michael Huber,

    You should be able to select any date you want if you use a custom date ticket field. I've shared an article that goes into detail on how to implement this on your end, but if you find yourself still have trouble, please reach out.

    Hi Devan,

    thanks for your quick response and the information. I actually know that I can pick any date for setting a reminder. But nearly every reminder i'm setting is today + 1 week, that's why I was asking if there is a possibility to set the default date of the date picker + 1 week. Is that also possible?

    Hey Michael,

    I did some digging on my end and it doesn't look like there's a way to change the default date picker at this time. You may want to take a look at our App Marketplace to see if there's an integration available there that will allow this.

    War bis letzte Woche im Urlaub, deswegen erst jetzt die Lösung, und sogar auf Deutsch 🤝

    Mit einem Trigger kannst du es auf + X Tage setzen.


    Z.b. in meinem Zendesk auf 30 Tage wenn das Ticket auf on-Hold gesetzt wird.
