I'm trying to set up a query to see who set a specific tag on a ticket. I have been doing other custom update metrics, but this one seems to always return a result of 0, despite that I can find the tickets in the other data sets.
So I am using the Support: Ticket updates dataset for this one, and so far have the following:
IF [Changes - Field name] = "Ticket tags" AND
[Changes - New value] = "tag_name" THEN
[Update ticket ID]
I have tried playing around with having previous value in there as well, but no change.
What I want to see is quite simply the updater name for who added tag_name to the ticket.
