How to "Archive" an Organization?

    Could you suspend the users in the organization?  That's what we do.  Then we label the org as INACTIVE.  According to this article, ticket requester will not receive email notifications for the ticket if suspended.  We don't use surveys, so I assume it still applies there, but you could probably test in your Sandbox by suspending a user and see what happens.

    Another option, if you can't suspend every users of an org, is to add a specific tag on those unclosed tickets (e.g. "no_csat"), then update your csat-sending automation by adding a condition "Ticket: tags > contains none of the following"

    A slightly quicker method to the above it to modify the CSAT automation first. You could use a number of conditions: the tag is simplest, or if this is an agent if ticket thing you could use ticket created less than ... Days ago, or you could add an exclusive for the organisation.
    What you CAN'T do, is tag the organisation or user in your use case, because the user or org tag is only added on ticket creation.
    Are you updating via bulk update options, or API?
