I'd like to investigate the integration logs of our Salesforce connector. However, it is still in Early Access mode.
The legal statement I need to approve when enabling any EA feature states that:
Zendesk’s obligations, representations and warranties contained in a Data Processing Agreement that may have been executed between You and Zendesk shall not apply to the EAP Tools
Meaning that Zendesk won't respect the DPA which I found staggering - logs by nature contains a lot of Personally identifiable information (PII) and Zendesk must respect the privacy agreement.
When are the logs out of the EAP?
