Recently we've had more people contact us with issues where they struggle to find items on our FAQ through the Zopim chat (support) on iOS browser.
We believe we've identified the issue to be related to the "Done" button in the on-screen keyboard which simply closes the dropdown but does not actually search. As there is no specific "Search" button in the UI, the non-tech-savvy people seem to be struggling.
Would it be possible to consider adding some sort of a "focusout" / "blur" event listener to the input for the search functionality in the chat?
