Contacting sales
I have been trying to contact sales now for over 2 weeks - have emailed the account manager who gave us the free trial and set us up multiple times and tried calling and leaving messages and nothing. Also logged numerous tickets and no one is getting back to me. Does anyone know how I can talk to a real person as we have a number of issues in sell (can't add products, emails not syncing properly, can't add additional field in the deals section, can't sync it with support). When I first spoke to Zendesk to set up a trial I made sure they only enabled the features we could afford and now we're paying everything is missing or not working properly. Very much considering cancelling if I could know I'd get the money back as we simply can't afford to upgrade or lose that money. Has anyone else had issues with misselling? We were led to believe the basic packages had everything we needed which is definitely not the case!
