Bug in UnreadMessages listener
Hello.
I'm facing an issue with the event 'chat:unreadMessages' of the widget API. The doc is the following: https://developer.zendesk.com/embeddables/docs/widget/chat#on-chatunreadmessages
The issue is that the listener only works if the client waits for the first agent's message as can be seeing in the video below:

How can I proceed with this issue?

This issue happened only in the local environment. After I deployed my app, it worked fine in the production environment.I hope that this information helps you to reproduce the issue.

I'm Miranda, the Web Widget Product Manager. Apologies for the short delay in my reply! Unfortunately, we have been unable to reproduce your issue on our side. After reviewing the video you supplied, it seems like the Chat session was already initiated before the issue occurred. As such, the issue is likely to have been isolated to your local development environment (and your dev environment potentially not being in a good state).
Can you please confirm whether the issue is still occurring within your local environment?
