Make knowledge center app available in agent workspace chat channel
GeplantPlease integrate the knowledge center app with chat channel in agent workspace. This is a must-have for any support org dealing with articles and the KC app.
The workaround we use now is to open another ticket tab and search for articles there.

Glad you asked! I'm happy to say that we are actively working on a better integration of knowledge into Agent Workspace! :-) I expect an EAP opening up in Q1 of 2021.
