    Hey Kara,

    Thanks for the clarification! I see now you're trying to create a report for tracking round robin activity.

    Apologies for the not seeing that before :-/

    I'm not 100% familiar with the round robin app so bear with me. Do tickets that are assigned by the app get tagged at all? Or is there a configuration that would allow for you to tag these tickets routed by the app?

    That may make it easier for tracking purposes.
