Zendesk chat dashboard login denied

We encounter some weird issues since few weeks on our Zendesk support. It's impossible to log in our chat dashboard. As soon as the login and password are confirmed, it seems to load but always come back to login page.
We tried to clear our web browser, also tried accessing from another one like Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Edge and it changes nothing.
Chat widget is no longer displayed on the front page of our website and if I try to check billing and products, it forces me to log in the chat dashboard so we go around in circles.
Not to mention we did contact Zendesk since the beginning and nobody took time to make an answer at the moment.
Could you guys provide some help ?

I had a look at your ticket and it is still waiting for an available French speaking advocate to pick it up. I have left a note on the ticket and have tried to escalate internally, so you should hopefully hear back from someone soon.
