Can I get suggested FAQ articles via api?

    Kazuaki.Takahashi I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish. Are you referring to when the user is filling in the subject of a ticket? There is already Zendesk functionality that will display articles that match the subject. If you want to do your own search, this article describes the Search API.
