Explore DATE_FORMAT doesn't return 24 hour time

    Thanks for reaching out! We have raised this issue with our Dev team and they are still investigating this issue. In the meantime, they recommend using this formula as a workaround: 

    DATE_FORMAT([Ticket created - Timestamp],"dd-MM-HH24:00")
