Covid IVR menu as greeting
I'm trying to configure 8 different locations with varying information (covid closures) and thought that creating an IVR menu as the greeting would be best. I'd like all calls to go through this menu, with most options ending in an IVR script that gives the end-user information, but doesn't offer them a voicemail opportunity. I've then configured the last IVR selection to be the only voicemail option.
What's the best way to implement this for all numbers? I only see the option to turn on voicemails for associated numbers, but how can I make the IVR menu the first thing that guests hear?

There are a couple of steps you need to take here.
First, you'll want to make sure your greetings are recorded as an IVR greeting.
Then you'll need to make sure you assign your IVR menu to the numbers:
