Dynamic Content / Brand Placeholders in Content Blocks
I think this is a feature that would be more beneficial to Guide in general, but it's particularly relevant when managing content and maximising use of content blocks.
As a basic example, we have articles that are consistent across our 7 brands that require customers to contact a particular team for specialist support. At the moment, we would need two content blocks - one that has the shared content, and a second (individual per brand) that has the contact details by brand.
It'd be great to have dynamic content or the ability to have placeholders that populate the content in the block depending on the brand, e.g.
"For additional help, please contact {insert email address depending on brand}"
This means that the content can be managed from one block, and the variable that shows the different email address can be managed separately.

Hi Harriet Klymchuk, thank you so much for sharing your feedback, it's really important for us to understand how our customers would be using placeholders or variables. We'll be looking into adding this functionality sometime next year and I'm sure we'll be reaching out to our customers to hear more about it in the design stage :)
