Changing devices for calls
I had to contact zendesk support to even figure this out.
Zendesk does not let you pick a device. It uses your windows settings. This means that if I want to use my USB headset, windows has to be set using my headset, meaning the speakers will no longer chime with notifications and my calls through other apps like webex for meetings will no longer be through the workstation, but through my headset.
This is incredibly frustrating and honestly a huge oversight in an otherwise unblemished service.
Please implement this function so I can work how I want to.
Even Vonage has this right.
Genesys used to let you select devices, but removed this functionality. Do you really want to be comparable to Genesys?
