Zendesk Talk Recording Centralized Download Location
Hi Team,
We would like to propose to have a centralized dashboard for Zendesk Talk Recordings where the admin can manage all talk recordings (view, edit, download, etc). It would be easier to manage all call recordings so that we can listen, download according to "date" or perhaps "assignee" etc.
I hope this aspect would be considered to make call management easier instead of going to the individual tickets and download call recordings.
