I was going through the support docs.
I found Chat API, Real Time Chat API, Platform API. I am kinda trying to figure out which one to follow?
We are building the App in Xamarin (.NET) and not Native. So the Mobile SDKs are not straight for us.
I am looking at a solution in which the Mobile user can initiate Chat using Rest APIs.
Questions
- Which document will help me get started with that approach.
- Once the Chat is initiated, How the Support Agent start interacting with the user.
- How does the scheduling and waiting work.
These are some on initial queries i have. Kindly guide me with the reference document or any samples that are available in line with our approach.
