    Do you use the Business Hours feature?

    As a starting point it may be a way to identify weekend work and build that into an automation for switching back to team A's view. But clearly we don't want to break anything that you are already relying on.

    Hi Jennifer,

    To my knowledge this isn't possible. We've had a request from a team member just like this.
    Here's why.

    Let's pretend it's monday morning 7am.
    You want the tickets to change assignee for instance from Team B to Team A.
    There is no possibility (with either Triggers or Automations) to compare time against now. 
    So nothing could fire on monday morning, thus no change is possible there.

    We solved it by using Zapier with Schedule Events.

    Hope it makes sense..

    Kay, I think that makes sense, thanks for your explanation! I will consider looking into Zapier and see if it works for the company.
