We are located in Australia and route our Reception number into Zendesk. This makes it easy to ensure that this line can always be answered by several agents. However, the main outcome of this number is that a caller is requesting to speak to a staff member who is not an agent in Zendesk. Because the ability doesn't exist in Zendesk to change the default country code to +61, our agents have to type this in sometimes hundreds of times a day.
Making this a setting we could change would be greatly appreciated by our team.
