Co-listening - training puposes
Hi, I am wondering how you can co-listen to a call when sitting next to an agent. We use this method for new-hires and I see no solution for this going forward using zendesk since it seems possible to connect two headsets to a computer??? Any ideas or suggestions?

If I'm understanding you correctly, you can monitor live calls as mentioned here for training purposes: Monitoring calls with the Live calls dashboard (Talk Professional and Enterprise)
