It would be really convenient to have an option to add hyperlinks to the chat shortcut text, like we currently do in ZD macros.

This feature will let us make our chat messages shorter and cleaner. It will also save our time by not having to change long links to their short versions manually.

Such links will be used every day in our chat communications with the customers.
