Unable to Solve Chat Ticket
I am experiencing an issue wherein after the customer left the chat, the "Solve" option is not showing/available. How can I solve this?
The "Solve" option shows only if I access via "Events" option.

Can you tell us a little bit more about where you are looking? Are you talking about the chat itself which cannot be closed, or the actual ticket?
If you're on the actual ticket, does it ask you to verify that a change has been made on the ticket?
Are you using Agent workspace perhaps?

I'm already on the actual ticket created after the customer left the chat and there is no verification being asked as well when I opened it.
And yes, I'm using the Agent Workspace.
