There are maybe 2 options for notifications that aren't:
It would be nice to have some subtler and/or softer options. I don't need the red alert klaxon from Star Trek blaring in my ear every time a chatter tries to contact us. Better yet, let us upload our own.
This is especially egregious because if an agent is taking both calls and chats, incoming callers will hear the sound notification for incoming chats through their receiver for some godforsaken reason. If we can set up this feature so that our internal sound notifications are not broadcast to customers that would be splendid. If this is a setting that can be changed, why is the default set up like this?
