Chat dashboard allow setting timezone by account independently
We suggest supporting timezone setting by account separately, as it may require different timezones as our agents located all over the world.
What's more, we want to set the opening hours separately to different departments, it may be difficult for us to set this cause the Timezone is not corresponding with local time.

And also, we would like the operating hours specific for the agent's account level, as sometimes we need day or night shift, which would be easier to manage using Operating Hours.
