    Hi Federoff,

    You should be able to use the "Ticket: Update via" condition to specify which channel the update came from. There are many possible channels, but you can probably narrow that down based on the channels you offer, and users who are logged out are likely responding to email notifications, so in that case the the update would be made via email.
