Team Members view - Suspended

    I just clicked through to ask this exact thing! Our agents are created from Office365. When their Office365 account is deactivated the agent account on Zendesk changes to suspended, but they're still using a licence. It's useful for us to have the easy visual check (filter would be ideal!) to spot suspended agent accounts.

    I'm hoping for this too. In the meantime, I use this search term to grab all suspended agents on a monthly basis and do cleanup as needed. is_suspended:true role:agent

    I agree, it would be helpful to have a column or some other way to see if the users are suspended or not.  A filter would also be great.

    Yes. This was available at a glance on the old team member page. it would be very valuable to have it here as well. Furthermore, I can't even see what role a team member is assigned on the new team page. The table/column layout is definitely an improvement, but please don't remove valuable information. I don't want to hunt for information that was previously available at a  glance.

    Both the suspended label and product roles are being worked on currently.

    We should see them available on the new Team members page shortly.
